As a W2 Hourly employee, you work for Lifeboat’s clients as a contractor. You will be paid for every hour you work.
Lifeboat can cover your flights and hotels up front, or reimburse you bi-weekly. Ground transportation and meal coverage will be reimbursed in your pay bi-weekly. We pay all our consultants via direct deposit.
Lifeboat will take care of your tax withholdings.
C2C:
As an independent contractor, you work for our clients on behalf of Lifeboat Solutions. Contractors are paid bi-weekly with no tax withholding. Lifeboat can cover your flights and hotels up front or reimburse you bi-weekly. Ground transportation and meal coverage will be reimbursed in your pay bi-weekly. We pay all our consultants via direct deposit. Contractors will need to provide their EIN number upon hire.
1099:
